Please check the details of your booking carefully and notify Ecolimousine of any errors immediately. Any errors not notified to Ecolimousine prior to allocation may result in a charge. Please check our terms and conditions below for further details.
Waiting Time
Waiting Time
Pick up from a Sydney International Airport - The first 45 minutes after the plane has landed is free. Waiting time is then charged in 15 minute increments. Please note: If we have been unable to contact you and your flight number is cleared from the arrivals board, your chauffeur will be released and charges will be applied as per your cancellation policy.
Pick up from a Sydney Domestic Airport - The first 20minutes after the plane has landed is free. Waiting time is then charged in 15 minute increments. Please note: If we have been unable to contact you and your flight number is cleared from the arrivals board, your chauffeur will be released and charges will be applied as per your cancellation policy.
Pick up from another location - We provide a grace period of 10 minutes after the stated collection time. Waiting time is then charged in 15 minute increments. Please note: If we have been unable to contact you, your chauffeur will be released 20 minutes after the stated pick up time and charges will be applied as per your cancellation policy.
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking, please ensure the details are correct as subsequent changes may be subject to additional costs.
Cancellation
Transfer Services
For transfer services, cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 24 hours left before the agreed pickup time. If there is 24 hours or less before the agreed pickup time, the total price must be paid. A cancellation can only be done by notifying us through email, text or call.
